Reach Us Anytime

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain products are exempt from being returned, such as customised or perishable goods.

 Timeframe for Returns

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Please contact Us within this timeframe to request a return.

 Shipping the Return

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.).
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of its status.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges unless it was our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product to proceed with the return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Such as surfboards, board bags, or repairs.

 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can follow the standard return process and then place a new order for the desired product.

Contact our us and provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting information or images if applicable.We will guide you through the return process and issue a Return note number, which is essential for processing your return.

that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 1 day of placing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process.
