SUP Lessons
WE OFFER GROUP AND PRIVATE SUP LESSONS
Beginners: focused on understanding the basics of standing and handling your SUP board. The balance, the paddling and controlling the direction of your SUP journey.
Intermediates/advanced: focused on more technical and niche aspects. Turning your SUP, different stroke techniques and learning to start catching your first wave.
1h30-2h, Table View, Clifton or Hout bay (ocean and weather permitting)
FAQs
When? We SUP Monday – Sunday, always depending on the ocean and weather conditions. We normally suggest a time based on the tide , but will try meet your requested availability.
Group or Private lessons? This is up to your learning preference. If you feel comfortable learning with a group, it can be really FUN! Private 1 on 1 sessions are great for close attention and surf progressions.
Where? Our main location is Big bay beach. We do offer lessons in Muizenberg as well as other more advanced spots on request.
What’s included? ~Surfboards for each surfer, or shared among the group. ~ Wetsuits are available for rental. ~ Instructors to help in the water and for safety (5 surfers per 1 instructor) ~ Surf skills training – a basic platform to develop surfing skills and confidence in the water, the main goal with the lessons are about having fun. ~Professional photography ON REQUEST

How many surfers can i book for? ~ As many as you like ~ We have a wide range of boards and wetsuits available for rentals and a great team of experienced and Stoked surf instructors.
